Roni
Gerry has played lots of G&S gals. Her first role was Mabel and
since then she has soaked up all the knowledge she could from many
different stage and music directors. Roni has worked with the Delaware
Symphony portraying "Kate" in their concert version of "Pirates of
Penzance", and Opera Delaware as a Flower Girl in the Marriage of
Figaro. She sings regularly with The Allentown Marine Band, (she is
proud to say her father is the conductor.) and has also appeared with
The Rose Tree Pops and the Kennett Symphony. She has co-stage directed
Ruddigore and A Christmas Carol for the Ardensingers, she has also
directed Godspell.
Roni is the section leader and soloist at First and Central
Presbyterian Church in Wilmington, Delaware. In this venue, she has the
opportunity to work with many exceptional musicians, singing beautiful
and inspiring music. Roni is also the
mother of two incredible, vivacious, busy, funny, cute, adorable,
smart-as-the dickens boys: AJ who is seven and Sammy who is three.

consider myself to be exceptionally lucky to be associated with such an
enthusiastic and talented group.
I cannot even come close to expressing my thanks to my hubby Matt.
Thank you for supporting me through all of the shows, tech weeks,
auditions, rehearsals and everything else that goes along with my
"hobby". MATT, AJ and SAMMY-you are the light in my life!
