Beginning
with the part of Sergeant Meryll in a college presentation of The
Yeomen of the Guard, Michael has appeared in a wide range of Gilbert
& Sullivan productions. He performed the title role in The
Mikado and the Sergeant of Police in The Pirates of Penzance with The
Princeton Opera, Roderick in Ruddigore for The Savory Singers of
New Jersey, and Dick Deadeye in Pinafore with The Savoy Company. An
open-minded chap, Michael has even played non-G&S parts,
including The Commendatore in Don Giovanni, two Menotti roles - Mr.
Gobineau in The Medium and Melchior in Amahl and the Night Visitors,
Huckabee in The Fantasticks, and Emile in South Pacific.
Michael lives, sings, and writes dark fiction and fantasy in
Doylestown, PA. He wishes to thank his singing teacher, David Ancker,
and the memory of his father, for their encouragement and moral
support.
