Elizabeth
was most recently seen in the title role of the
Ardensingers’ production of Gilbert & Sullivan’s Patience
in May, for which she was
praised for her “clear ringing
soprano voice”, excellent comic timing, and “warm and enlightening”
performance. (The

Elizabeth received a B.A. in music from Emory University in 2005 and graduated with an M.M. in vocal performance from West Virginia University in May 2007. She studied at the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria, where she was featured in several concerts as a soloist and ensemble member. At WVU, she appeared in full and/or partial operatic productions as Sister Constance (Dialogues of the Carmelites), Despina (Cosí fan tutte), Papagena (The Magic Flute), Serpetta (La finta giardiniera), and Mrs. Fiorentino (Street Scene). She was featured as a soprano soloist with the WVU Choirs and Orchestra in performances of Fauré's RequiemLord Nelson Mass. While at WVU, Elizabeth served as adjunct faculty and taught voice lessons, vocal repertoire, vocal pedagogy, and opera theater in this capacity. She currently works at the corporate office of Saladworks in Conshohocken and teaches private voice lessons in her home in Philadelphia. |
