Ed fell in love with performance (and with Gilbert &
Sullivan) while singing under Bruce Montgomery at the
University of Pennsylvania, in the Penn Glee Club and
in the Penn Singers. Since graduating from college he
has performed with a number of local groups, including
Rose Valley Chorus and Orchestra, The Christmas
Revels, G. & S. Society of Chester County, Gilbert &
Sullivan Players, Ardensingers and Thespis Etc. He is
also a member of SavoyNet, the online Gilbert &
Sullivan community. His wife, Katherine, choreographs
and directs. They met during a production of Ruddigore
in 1990. They have one daughter, Sara, who aspires to
sing on stage. When not performing, Ed is a System
Administrator and Data Analyst for supplyFORCE in King
of Prussia.

Ed's Personal Remarks:
|
I am thrilled to be a part of the G. & S. Society of Chester County.
The company is committed to high quality productions of Gilbert & Sullivan operettas,
involving a mix of trained and untrained voices from the community.
They include members from teenagers and college-aged to past retirement. It is truly a special group.
